You Don’t Look….

My SAHM wife wanted to do her hair the other day. And usually the only opportunity for her to do so are on weekends when I can take over and look after our 4-yr-old son, Jadon.

And so happily she went one weekend.

When she came back, my son (who was not used to NOT seeing her for hours at a stretch) said,

” You don’t look familiar.” LOL!

    Was that meant in a good way or a bad way on his part do you think :) Great story, funny how when they are little they just come out and say exactly what they are thinking.

    LOL! That is hilarious. I do hope Mom did not turn up looking like in the picture. I wouldn’t be surprised if she did and your son said that. :)

    Hi BK, nope she didn’t. Not sure if she would agree even if I offer to pay her a thousand bucks to try the hairdo!

    Sweet :) Everytime I have an extreme haircurt (from overgrown to very very short) I get a double-take when I walk in the door. My SAHM wife hasn’t tried the hairstyle change yet, after reading this I’m tempted to ask her to try it and see what the reaction is!

    Yes you should! Afterall, its just a hairdo, she can “change” it a month or so later if she doesn’t like it. Go for it!

    Funny!

    My son once asked me, “Since I come from mommy, why are you here?” Luckily I was in a happy mood, otherwise I wasn’t sure how I would have taken it. But he was only 5 at the time and didn’t really understand the birds and bees thing. My older son and I got a big laugh.

    PS. I like the hair!
